Yes, that's a chaos bow. No, it isn't just a meme (kind of). This is meant to be a passive build that really is just good practice for using a composite bow on a quality build. Sanctus is to enhance the slow playstyle of the bow build, and the combustions are there in case you can't get someone out of your face and need to reset the momentum of the fight back to neutral.
Also, BSS because I had extra points and it's better than the rapier
Leo ring works on arrows and the combined chaos infusion + fire arrows makes the build hit decently hard. If someone pulls out a shield then use poison arrows and punish their eventual purple moss eating with a backstab by staying on them.
This build is annoying as fuck to fight and won't survive against ganks usually but hey, I'm just here to appeal to everybody's playstyles.
