Havel the Rock is a powerful opponent found at the bottom of the spiral watchtower in Undead Burg. He wields a massive dragon's tooth hammer and Havel's Greatshield while wearing the heavy Havel's Set. While somewhat slow moving due to his heavy gear, his attacks deal incredible damage to unwary opponents, and his armor and shield protect him from all but the strongest counter attacks.
Havel the Rock was the head bishop (later a knight) of the Way of the White covenant from Thorolund. He is described as an Apostle to Allfather Lloyd, the Guardian of Law and Caste, and one of the great Royals of Thorolund. Havel was "an old battlefield compatriot" of Gwyn's during the Age of Fire, creating a question about why he deferred to Gwyn later in life.
In game, Havel has 1000 HP, so has 27 vitality. He can utilize both his greatshield and Dragon Tooth effectively, which implies he has at least 50 strength. He fat rolls in combat and therefore is between 50% and 100% equip load, so has a minimum of 23 endurance. From item descriptions we can deduce that he wears Havel's ring (somewhat obviously) and the White Seance Ring, which was entrusted to the "Head bishop of the Way of White". As he hails from Thorolund, it can be assumed that he would use the Thorolund talisman alongside Great Magic Barrier, a miracle that he developed to combat Seath.
