This is my ideal, and personal favorite build to go for when playing comeing back for some casual DS1.
For this setup I went with a Fast-Rolling, One-Shotting (under the right circumstances, and in PVP) INT build with a Moonlight Greatsword as my main weapon, because who doesn't love FromSoft's favorite weapon?
The Bellowing Dragon Ring is interchangeable with (Havel's Ring, Cloranthy Ring, or Wolf Ring.)
The Ascended Pyromancy Flame is interchangeable with a (Dark hand, any +15 bow, or just a Catalyst there instead.)
Logan's Catalyst can be swapped with (Tin Crystalization) if that's what you'd prefer to use, but in the few times I have I've only ever swapped to it when being invaded or during PVP.
Ideally any shield with 3.0 weight can be used instead of the Grass Crest but I have it simply to gain the effects of the stamina boost, and also use a spell boosting ring at the same time.
We ALL know about the different rings and outfits that you can wear instead of the thief's set for maximum damage output with INT builds, but I simply put the thief's set because I think it looks really cool and perfectly radiates that "Wanked Wanderer with a Wacky Weapon" look I was going for.
It takes some time, skill, and effort to achieve what I've created here, (especially all in the same playthrough), but I quite enjoy the end result a lot, and have a great time with it during NG+ and Jolly Cooperation-ing/PvPing!
