Notes from author
This is a simple build, dedicated to speed demons and masochists who enjoy hit&runs at the expense of a weak health bar.
This build? Mostly inspired by gladitorial warriors of ancient rome, featuring dual Caestus and an interchangeable pair set between both the Target shield, and Black Knight Sword.
For the most part however, you just fight with your fists, maybe pull off a daring parry, and punish your enemies in a battle of strength.
Your ninja flip abilities granted to you by the Darkwood Grain Ring, make up for your lacking armour, with no roll cool down, more area coverage, and an excellent display of your agility.
Although you typically will fight with your fists, the sword and shield are best used when up against a very tough enemy.
Strategy-wise, do roll a lot, but save some stamina for the ass beating: being a gladiator is nice and dandy, but it's all fun and games until you've wasted your stamina on fancy flips, so don't be greedy.
For dual caestus, handle the heavy attacking with your right arm, since it has the most move set. However, in your left arm, use the attack button for a cheeky jab to interrupt an attack, and wait for an opportunity to parry, and riposte with a thunderous fist.
Go wild, this build is for the challenge. If that's not enough, swap DWGR ring for the Calamity ring (AoTA). Receive double the damage, at the expense of not so amazing rolls. Recommended for the masochists with a death wish.
