Father Mask so I can put less points into endurance and more into attunement. This means you can chuck on a pyro flame and a few pyromancies. Black Flame and Great Combustion here assuming you don't NG+, but you can double BF or CG if you want. Swapping one out for Fire Surge could also be good.
A bit more health as well and ever so slightly less poise, but still at the poise breakpoint for Great Fireball.
