Tranquil walk, then black flame, wrath, emit, grants ability. sanctus and replenishment will heal you considerably, however, not high poise or health, so tranquil is needed so you can let youself heal and emit force (can also use great lighting spear) at them while healing slowly if hit. tranquil must be used at beginning of fight, try to end fight before it wears off, or at lest put yourself in a good position because, again, you have little poise and health
