Use a +5 pyromancy flame, don't upgrade any weapon past +5.
GUIDE TO OBTAIN GEAR
Start as a sorcerer, starting gift master key, then go down and buy the soul arrow spell from Rickert. Next, I would suggest either doing "Capra Skip," or just kill Capra Demon with your 60 soul arrows. Save the pyromancer, and if you did Capra Skip don't rest at the bonfire. Then buy combustion, then to buy the residence key from the merchant in undead burg. Do the jump from the stairs leading up to the first fog wall in the burg, or kill taurus demon and use the basement key from the parish. Save Griggs, you can buy the Bellowing Dragoncrest ring later. Go to the Undead Parish using the master key. Kill Laurtec for his ring, equip it then spam combustion the crystal golems near the hydra. I would suggest using the heater shield +5! Then, kill the Hydra and get souls to buy all of her gear and the Oolacile Ivory Catalyst. Some ways to get souls are: lower Blighttown, where there a lot of souls which you can use (I think theres around 11k here total) and the ladder where the hydra is leads to where all the forest NPCS are. Buy great heavy soul arrow too. Go to Sen's Fortress and save Big Hat Logan by rotating the boulder trap. Kill O&S, it's not that hard with two casts of great heavy soul arrow. Pick up the lord vessel from chest, then pick up great magic weapon near the painting and knock down the thing above it. Upgrade dagger to +5, and get Power Within from Blightown. Kill Sif, then get Havel's Armor. Go to the four kings, put on full Havels and one-hand dagger with Great Magic Weapon. Stand as close to him as possible. Once they die, go get the broken pendant and spam Great Heavys on the Sanctuary Guardian. Then you have to kill Artorias, which I do NOT suggest, but skipping him is only slightly easier than fighting him. I don't have any ideas on how that would even be possible at WL +5. Running out characters here, look up how to skip him.
