You will need help to make this build. You will need someone to drop you an unleveled Chaos Blade, because that counts as a tier 5 weapon even though it takes a tier 10 weapon to make, hence the necessity of dropping. You can drop health or raise the level in order to one hand, but thats non minimaxing is it.
