Light armor is useless imo, if you get 1 hit ko it's the same as being naked, and mid rolls are not bad, I'm doing just fine with them, so Giants armor + fap gives you decent defense and 77 poise with crown of dusk. Maybe it's too much attunement for some people so you can put less of that and more in vitality
