A pretty fun build I like to use for both PvP and PvE. Wolf Ring + Brass Gauntlets means you'll have serviceable poise. There are better options like the Silver Knight Gauntlets, but I prefer the Brass Gauntlets purely for the fashion. And you have so many options for weapons too; a claymore is always nice, a balder side sword works well due to the 40 dex, a falchion works amazingly, a halberd is also very good, and a mace does well while fitting perfectly with the cleric/priestess aesthetic. I prefer to make some of my weapons divine/occult (halberd, mace, falchion), so be sure to switch out sunlight blade for something else like lightning spear or emit force if you do that.
