Start the fight by buffing SLB onto Painting Guardian Sword. Be very aggressive Oroboro style, but I like to weave in a r2 here and there for funnsies. Only once they are at half health or lower, will you let them gain some distance to breathe. Thats when you completely change the tone of the fight by pulling out the Greataxe and buffing DMB onto it mid-fight. Most players will be caught off-guard from fighting a full dexterity weapon to now fighting a full strength weapon. Also, because they are weakened from your initial onslaught, all it will take is a single r1 to finish them off. If they somehow survive the TRUCK that is DMB Greataxe then throw in a sneaky WoG cancel into WoG.
The reason I didnt go full 40 dex and instead put it into faith was that going from 20 to 40 dex only gave around 111 AR for the PGS while going from 30 faith to 49-50 yielded roughly the same damage increase for the buffs, but can also be applied to the greataxe's damage, which dex wouldn't be able to do.
The low Endurance and medium rolling may be a huge turnoff for many but thats why you got wolf ring. You'll most likely be putting out more damage than they can so trading hits can be very effective instead of rolling away, especially because your weapons are VERY short. Once you're in range of your opponent you want to STAY in range.
One last thing, although having less stamina than the max allowed can be a little difficult to get used to, its actually at a good number, you can still swing the greataxe 4 times and you only have 1 less swing than normal when you spam the PGS. It'll really only affect your rolling. Still, you should still be careful about overextending your stamina.
