This build is mainly to dish out ton of damage quickly and effectively by using crystal magic weapon and then also having a strong back up weapon in case your cmw runs out. It isn't the best looking character but its reliable and gets by. Plus you also have chameleon for fun when the game gets to serious. And since the headgear reduces magic defense you have strong magic shield if you fun into another int build.
