Need 30 dragon scales to get to rank +2 POTD for Dragon Body (can do on NG).
Need 10 souvenirs of reprisal to get to rank +1 BOTD for Darkmoon Blade & Talisman (will need to stay for best results) (wait until NG+ since covenant ranks reset every playthrough).
Try East Wood Grain Ring.
Try Havel's Ring.
Need 30 str. to two-hand Demon's Greataxe.
Use Canvas Talisman until you get BOTD +2 (or kill... the guys that drop Ivory and Sunlight (req. faith 16 & 14, respectively)).
Get Sunlight Blade on NG.
Other than that, just jank your way to the proper stats/equipment.
