You can add the RTSR to do more dmg but this also do a lot if you dont rely on yourself of being killed because of the lack for resistance and health.
Also, even if the stats are for using the axe at both hands, this will scale until 66 STR doing flat 712 physical dmg. The same goes to FTH for the weapon buff, change the talisman to the darkmoon one at lvl 40 of FTH, this scales up to 99 and adds 432 lightning dmg to the weapon.
This build is think for PvE btw.
