For more poise you can switch the Dark armor parts with Black Iron Armor.
Other than the Gravelord Sword I recommend to keep other weapons in your inventory for different scenarios. These are my choice, you can pick whatever you want: A Lighting Pike and Mace, and a Chaos Scythe and Butcher Knife.
If you decide to bring this build to higher Soul Levels, a few points in attunement and faith can make a lot of difference with miracles like Wrath of the Gods or Great Magic Barrier, however the only miracles really needed are Gravelord Greatsword Dance and Tranquil Walk of peace. More vitality and Endurance are always welcome, 8 more points in endurance will allow you to ditch the Havel ring for other rings, while still keeping you in the mid-roll speed.
