This is an experimental Strength/Intelligence build. The idea is that Havel's shield overcomes the disadvantages of medium rolling and no poise. You can block literally everything in the game with this shield, so as long as you play it safe and attack when you have an opening, you should be fine against almost all opponents.
Don't mindlessly spam Dark Bead. Use it as bait. If somebody rolls forward through it to attack you, you can smash them with the Manus catalyst, which does good damage with 50 Strength.
