This Build is focused on keeping others alive, AoE healing, a stagger weapon and spell, with high poise and stubilty, you should be able to keep everyone alive, at higher levels I'd suggest changing the silver knight shield for Artorias' Greatshield, sense it has the highest stubbilty in the game and stops status build up.
Two less strength required if you go for the Zwihander but I thought the poison and better scaling was worth the 2 points.
