Just swing your pickaxe from side to side... anyway; Giant Armor, 99 humanity, MoM and FaP Ring means you are tanky, you have enough poise to withstand an ultra greatsword attack, you have mathematically the highest spell-buff-per-point-invested in the game, and power within to top it off. Use your tankiness and make trades, not just because you're a strength build throwing their weight around, but because the pickaxe does extremely high thrust damage, aided by the leo ring and power within you can deal the kind of counter damage that gets new additions to the Geneva Convention written, with a sizeable portion of magic damage on top. (457 extra magic damage, to be exact. Crystal Magic Weapon and Tin Crystallization Catalyst are in fact better than even a fully upgraded Darkmoon Blade, point for point.)
