The current plan is the new build target for NG playthrough. The actual build in-game is the same stat spread as shown in this build plan, with the exception of DEX, which I want to bring up a couple points to be a smidge closer to STR.
For NG+, the leveling strategy is as follows: alternate DEX and VIT until DEX == STR == 31 (at this point, VIT will be 36). After that, alternate between DEX, VIT, STR, and END for a max of 4 iterations (min of 0). INT *may* be subbed in for one of these each iteration in order to benefit Pyromancy.
