Weapon variety, spell versatility, themely fashion. Feel free to use any weapons that weigh </= large club, chaos infusion is optimal. Gravelord Sword will also perform well because it doesn't need scaling anyway. Second ring-slot can be swapped as you please, hornet ring for large club backstabs if you need to get rid of someone fast. Wolf ring if you want to poise through ultra weapons (learn to toggle escape, it's 2022 casul). I like Ring of the Sun's Firstborn to make Gravelord GS dance feel more satisfying to land. (it's pretty strong with the covenant maxed out). Don't stress about medium roll, BK Shield + 61 poise negates most of the drawbacks. Enjoy spreading misery as you play through NG+ :)
