Only Soul Level 90. You may spend levels on anything you like, as long as it is not health. INT technically scales all the way to 99... Maybe you want more attunement? You may any armor you like, but you should wear the Crown of Dusk.
Dark Bead is your most damaging spell. Crystal Soul Spear and Soul Spear after that.
You may also use Logan's Catalyst. Tin Crystal is stronger but halves your casts (but we want to kill the boss in a couple casts anyhow). Logan's could be good for just killing enemies, but honestly, that's what the Moonlight Greatsword is for.
At this vitality, Power Within will deal about 101 ticks of 2.66 damage per second to you. Sanctus will heal you about 2hp/2 seconds. This means that you will survive Power Within without having to heal, though you will lose health. This health loss eventually puts you in range of Red Tearstone Ring if you would rather use that than Bellowing Dragoncrest (RTSR + 50% ALL damage, Bellowing +20% Magic/Sorcery)
You may also consider getting cursed by basilisks and then never curing yourself to halve your health even further. This will still allow you to drift towards RTSR range while reducing the overall rate at which your health deteriorates.
To play properly:
1) Swap to pyromancy flame, cast Power Within
2) Swap back to Sanctus, two-hand it onto your back, you don't need it as you do not have the faith to use it properly
3) Cast dark bead and blow a mofo up.
