A generic Intelligence template. Meant to illustrate stat spread & spell selection.
For full build either go:
Int/Str Hybrid: Pick your favorite Str scaling weapon and apply buffs. Either stay at 28 Str for two handing weapon or 40 for 1 Handing. Lower either Vitality, Endurance or Attunement for pvp meta range (lvl 125). Manus Catalyst may be worth using for Dark Sorceries on this build.
Int/Dex Hybrid: 45 Dex (or 40 if you don't care about casting speed). Pick your favorite Dex scaling weapon and apply buffs. Lower either Vitality, Endurance or Attunement for pvp meta range (lvl 125)

Pure Int: Keep build as is. Raise Str/Dex to minimum requirements for a backup melee weapon. Either use the Enchanted infusement, enchant a quick attacking weapon with Crystal/Great Magic Weapons (curved swords are great for this, Obsidian Greatsword is also very good) or use one of the inherent int scaling weapons:

Moonlight Butterfly Horn
Velka's Rapier
Channeler's Trident
Titanite Catch Pole
P.S. The Tin Crystallization Catalyst is stronger than Logan's, but comes with a -50% spell cast penalties. Use at your own discretion.
