Weed shield only for the stamina regen (use green blossoms as well for a ridiculously fast regen)
Lightning Avelyn with lightning bolts for range
Mace (or Hand Axe) for a faster backup weapon. They scale entirely off strength. The mace does a lot of damage and even does as much poise damage as a greatsword, while the hand axe has very fast swings.
If you use a lighter main weapon, try to fit the Man Serpent Greatsword as backup. Pure strength scaling GS, pretty good.
Ooga booga builds are fun
If you don't wanna be a generic giant mom, I really like having the full giant set with the steel chestpiece. Looks really good, provides amazing defense and poise. Do whatever you want with armor really.
