SL133 means you can invade people SL120 as a darkwraith. Dorkmoons can invade even lower. 133 is your hardcap, don't go over.
Did you know the game has more rings than the favor, havel and wolf? Crazy I know. And these other rings are actually pretty damn cool.
Having both ring slots free means you can adapt to any situation and switch up your strategy on the fly.

Low on health? Switch to the red tearstone + dark wood grain ring
Playing PVE and need to get somewhere hassle free?
Slumbering crest ring + ring of fog
More pyro damage?
Bellowing dragoncrest ring
Want to make everyone rage quit during PVP?
Wolf + dark wood grain
Want to clear an area easily?
Switch to a bow and equip the hawk ring
Wanna use power within but hate the hp drain?
Lingering dragoncrest ring reduces the HP drain and increases the buff's duration
Trudging through blighttown? Invading there?

Using a weapon that deals primarily thrust damage?
The leo ring F***KS (try the lucerne or the warpick with it and marvel at the damage)

Your armor also has 13 poise meaning slapping on the wolf ring at any time allows you to tank greatsword hits.
