Enchanted Bow with Moonlight Arrows is the second strongest bow build in the game behind Occult bow with Moonlight Arrows. Everyone should Falchion at least once, it's a lot of fun and stops those accidental kicks happening. I find that more uses of middle to weak magic is most effective for bosses because the casts miss all the time. Classic Soul Spear with the extra casts from not using the Tin Crystal Catalyst + Bellowing Dragon Crest will tear through most things in the game. Feel free to invest less into STR and DEX I just like the variety to use the Moonlight Great Sword, Titanite Catch Pole, and Washing Pole.
