I normally don't like using Pursuers or Dark Bead, but if it's in the game I might as well use it to it's full advantage. I swap out Ricard's rapier for Velka's Rapier too. I use Tranquil Walk of Peace, Pursuers and then Dark Bead because they can't roll away. It may be cheap, but it's fun.
