Catarina Knight themed build
Other notes:
Vitality with the tiny beings ring is 48 to match around the HP of a catarina knight at around 1000ish at NG+ (would be lower around 23 vitality for regular ng stats).
The ring slots and weapons also fit in as easter eggs from siegmeyer as you have the tiny beings ring and speckled stoneplate ring which he gives you and the emit force miracle which he also gives to you, making the stat spread being able to use all these elements.
The pierce shield and catarina armour are obvious additions to make the catarina set complete.
Endurance is 48 as that was the minimum to mid roll without having to use any additional rings that don't fit thematically.
Any weapon that the catarina knights use across the series can be realistically used such as the zweihander, claymore, storm ruler (which isn't in this game) or the broadsword (the one used by the invader catarina knight in ds2) to fit the build.
You can also add a crossbow and distribute some stats from faith or strength to put into endurance and dexterity to use the heavy crossbow, which references the catarina knight from ds2 that uses a heavy cross bow and broadsword with heavy bolts (however your endurance will have to go up to 58 to mid roll).
The canvas talisman was used as that seemed most fitting for a catarina knight that uses emit force.
I don't think they have a specified covenant so any will do (way of white fits most in my opinion).
