Please tell me that if you are using this build in a save file that you gained his armour and weapons from not being able to save him in lost izalith and not because you were feeling malicious.
If you feel devious you could replace the iron helm for the sunlight maggot headpiece.
You could also add the orange charred ring to one of his ring slots as he helps you with the centipede demon.
His vitality stat depends on where in the game you are, whether he's being summoned or not and if you are in NG+ or not if you want to get it exact.
