High HP and END for trading hits - try to force your opponent into the special attacks. The CSS is great for parrying both spells and weapons - will allow for a lot of versatility. 175 and Great Heal are to deal with gankers during invasions - they can be removed to lower yourself to 150. Simply drop all faith down to 12 and lower your VIT and switch armor until you are at 150 while being comfortable with your roll distance.
