The powerstanced daggers, especially their L1/LB, represents getting attacked by the claws of multiple birds at once. Also the ADP/Agility is high because do you have any idea how hard it is to hit a bird? Honestly Baneful Bird Ring is purely an RP ring and can be switched for anything else you want if you don't care about the RP.
