A build meant to help others and defend thy kingdom. A rather simple quality build with just enough stats to wield these weapons, wich will be compensated by their scailing (Mainly souls for the Ruler's Sword and Dark for the Fume Sword). Use one skeptical's Spie and you'll be also capable to cast Heavenly Thunder (hence the build's name) with the Cleric's Sacred Chime (fast casting speed, low faith requirement and average lightning bonus). Be sure to give this a try and share your (hopefully enjoable/fun) experience!
