Notes from author

This is scary effective. Enough frames to easily dodge far casters, but with the elemental defence vs the dmg output of sub 2M SM players you can pretty much walk at them and eat their spells. People WILL run from you, so it's a good option to replace your weapon buff with another GMB for re casting. The only troublesome opponents are passive fighters who play hit-and-run with Katanas, Yhorges Spear, and other high counter weapons with high poise break ability. If you know what element you are going to be opposing, it's a good idea to switch out lingering dragon crest for the corresponding quartz ring +3. Don't forget to swap life ring +3 for BTRS after taking a few hits. To keep your soul memory I've made this build an Arbiter. Agape ring is stupid.
