With raw infusion and RobFlynn the Black Scorp Stinger and the Black Dragon Sword will have an AR of ~445... without stat investment. This frees up a ton of stats to put into VIG, END and ADP. Main drawback of this setup is 0 poise. The armor I put down was just my fashion. You can try to go with max poise or defense if you want to. Just remember if you want to use Third Dragon Ring and Flynn together the max VIT you can have is 9.
