The PVE version of my Rumia & EX Rumia build. It is a MUCH higher level, has 2 additional offensive hexes, better Dark bns, more agility, higher max equip load, and loads of health. I generally just made this for people who play offline/don't mind save-editing to get high levels at the start. I myself actually do save editing whenever doing cosplay builds because the entire collection process kills the desire to play. It's not a PVP build and should not be used as one. However, it is still used the same as before with the same equipment. Just mix-and-match rings, spells, and items to your liking and use it however is most fun.
