A build for Kaguya Houraisan from Touhou using the PVP soft cap SL of 150. I know it's more based on SM, but that varies. Basically, infuse your Bellvine with lightning and Branch with magic. Use IRotC to make the Branch and Pyro Flame invisible for cosplay. SRB is mandatory, CBR is not but is reccomended since this is basically just offensive spell spam. TDR is optional as well. I use it for the health and stamina. As a side note, use Skeptic's Spice extensively on all spells that require it if they don't meet your Faith stat. Feel free to exchange Faith for Vigor or Endurance by using more spice. Technically, it does fit the character. If you're sure you won't be facing a pyro, ditch FS for something else. If you know you won't face a caster, ditch PS. Their uses should be pretty obvious.
