Why flynn + mundane? Look up the tables, at 20Stats the outcome equals 30 stats without flynn. The idea is to make many hits for maximum profit of mundane scaling and all the ar boni, aswell as crit hits. For pvp I suggest jesters top and a parry weapon on the off hand.
