Mugenmonkey might not be working entirely right for this because the black hood seems like it's leveling int once and faith twice when both should be twice. Anyways, the description of this build is just a fast powerful caster. I think you'll need to have your vessel shield out on your off hand for some castings, but it's not really a problem. Make sure that you have 50 faith when casting offhanded with the dragon chime if you need to, or switch the hand you are using it with if you'd like. This is up for some tweaking and it's a thinker when being used, but it actually synergizes well and you cast insanely fast. Not sure if I have SO MUCH casting speed on this build that some of it is wasted though. I don't know if this game has a casting speed threshold that I went over but didn't make it into the next level of speed. That's a mechanic I'm curious about, but that'll be figured out later I think. This is a good guide for how this build can be started at least and optimized after with a re-spec if you need it.
